WHAT IT DOES:
**in the on position
hearing protector allows normal hering below 85 dB. Above 85 dB sounds are reduced to the NRR28 level. When sounds fall below 85 dB normal hearing is restored.
HOW IT WORKS:
Sound is received by the microphone in the right ear pod and directed to speaker at each ear via the control circuit. The off/volume control permits adjstment for normal or enhanced hearing. When noise levels are above 85 dB the circuit stops transmitting to the speakers. When noise levels fall below 85 dB hearing is restored.
Caution: use of cell phones within 12.5m cause static.
